Convertidores aislados RS232 a RS485/422 (SS3580-COM)


El convertidor aislado SS3580-COM es un convertidor de interfaz aislado serie RS232 y RS485 / RS422. El aislamiento total entre la fuente de alimentación y la línea serie RS232 y RS485 / 422 elimina los posibles efectos de bucle de tierra y permite el uso del dispositivo incluso en las condiciones ambientales mas desfavorables​​. El dispositivo está diseñado para conectarse tanto a la línea serie RS422 ( full-duplex 4 hilos ) como asi también a la línea serie RS485 ( half-duplex 2 hilos), con una transmisión de velocidad de hasta 115,2 kbps. La transmisión es asíncronica y no requiere configuración de protocolo. No es necesaria la configuracion manual ( RTS , CTS , etc. ) en la línea RS233 para el control de recepción y transmisión.

El conversor aislado SS3580-USB es una interfaz completamente aisalada entre USB y RS485 / 422 y elimina los posibles efectos de bucle de tierra y permite el uso del dispositivo incluso en las condiciones ambientales más desfavorables.

El dispositivo está diseñado para conectarse tanto a la línea serie RS422 ( full-duplex 4 hilos ) y la línea serie RS485 ( half-duplex 2 hilos), con una velocidad de transmisión de hasta 115,2 kbps. La transmisión es asíncrona y no requiere configuración de protocolo, formato de datos ni velocidad de transmisión.

SS3580-MBTCP is an isolated gateway between Modbus RTU devices of a RS485 network and the Ethernet network with Modbus TCP protocol. The full isolation between Ethernet and RS485/422 interfaces removes potential ground-loop effects and allows the use of the device even in the heavy environmental conditions. By means of the Telnet interface it is possible to configure both the Modbus TCP side options (IP address, subnet mask, etc.) and the Modbus RTU side options (baud rate, time-outs, etc.). The LED indicators of Ethernet activity and TX/RX data flow on the serial line allow a direct monitoring of the system functionality.

IC35806-MPIVC is an isolated adapter between USB and asynchronous serial lines RS485, suitable for the communication between a computer and Siemens S7-300/400 series PLCs or other equipments with MPI interface. The device is protected by an anti-surging and an anti-lightning circuit for both USB and RS485 interfaces and supports hot plug connection. The safeguard in the circuit guarantees the safely running even in the heavy environmental conditions.
